- All products are subject to availability. An order is considered complete only after full payment has been received and the shop has confirmed the order.

2. Payment
- Customers must complete payment within the specified period (for pre-orders or pre-payment requirements). Otherwise, the order will be considered void.
- Accepted payment methods:
- Bank transfer to the specified account
- Online payment (PromptPay, QR Code, or Shopee payment services)
- Please keep proof of payment until the product is successfully received.
3. Shipping
- Orders will be shipped within 1–3 days after payment confirmation.
- Delivery time depends on the courier and the customer’s location (typically 2–5 days).
- The shop is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or force majeure events such as natural disasters or civil unrest.
4. Product Exchange / Return
- Exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions, within 7 days of receiving the product:
- Wrong item, wrong size, or manufacturing defect.
- Product must be unused and in its original condition (including tags, labels, and packaging).
- Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
- Change of mind.
- Wrong size due to customer’s failure to check size chart before ordering.
- Discounted, promotional, or pre-order items.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of shop error or defective product.
5. Shop Responsibilities
- The shop will carefully inspect and pack items before shipping.
- In cases of shop error (e.g., wrong item, missing item, or manufacturing defect), the shop will replace the product or issue a refund (case dependent).
- Refunds will be made via the original payment method within 7–30 business days.
6. Use of Website / Online Media
- Content, images, or any information from the shop’s online channels may not be reused or distributed without permission.
- The shop reserves the right to change website content without prior notice.
7. Customer Privacy
- Customer information will be kept confidential and used solely for order processing and delivery purposes.
- The shop will not disclose customer information to third parties without consent.
8. Force Majeure
- The shop is not responsible for any damage caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, fire, riots, or postal system failures.
